A Note From our CEO, Sara Nightingale...

After completing my bachelors degree at Southern Oregon University with a major in Psychology I knew that my passion was centered on helping others. Working in various marketing and technology fields I quickly understood the customer service field   allowed me to help others and have a job that I love. 

In early 2005, I drew on my passion for customer support and started a company rooted in providing customer service for digital products created by internet marketers. Working in that arena opened up many avenues and covered markets ranging from dog training, addiction help, self help, SEO, social media, and even a wide range of internet marketing training products. In these 7 years I have learned what it takes to keep customers happy. From answering emails, to ticket systems, to knowledge bases and FAQ’s I have worked with clients from around the globe that all have differing ideas on exactly what they want and need and I have helped them all succeed.

As my business grew I knew it was important to build my business with the future in mind. I only hire the most talented individuals that share the same passion for helping others. As ServTru continues to grow I ensure t the personal dedication and and passion that built this company is never lost.
